Constant Updates and incompatible Genie Scout

I bought the Genie Scout 26g, and I have had constant problems with getting it to consistently work. I donated to receive the 26g edition, only for the updates to make everything incompatible. Has anyone else had this problem? Also, the 'key' that was emailed to me that helps 26g work, no longer works.

not it is not working as need to be updated due to the minor patch published by SI yesterday.

I expect an updated version should be available in the next couple of hours.

Thank you. I'm experiencing so many problems lately. Every time i load my saved game, i have to accept terms and conditions and get rid of the tutorials, as well as sort my preferences out all over again. it's frustrating
