New to FM26

Hello everyone.

I have been trying to find websites for Football Manager communities and this was one that showed up for me.
At present I'm playing FM26, I decided to start in the Japanese J3 league with a team called Tochigi City Football Club.

I'm wondering if anyone here has played in the Japanese leagues or even in the lowest tier and could help me with some advice.
Does Japan have good youth intake or the possibility to discover really good player talents or unknow players that can become very good?

I have a short squad, I need mostly defenders and maybe 1 or 2 wingers and 1 striker.

If you are new to the game and don’t really know what to do, start with a better team. Otherwise, it might be too much of a struggle, and you may get sacked.

For beginners, I would also recommend using GS Scout to search for players and disabling attribute masking in the game.
