LLM troubles

hi guys im kinda stuck at the mow on my hyde FC save..
i started in BSN,and got them back to back promotions,from there the trouble starts. The first season in DV2 i knew it would be fairly hard as i just cannot attract ANY DV2 quality players and have to stick with players who really should be in BSP..
I managed to stay up in 20th,following year(which im still on,and doing badly 22th 20games played.) I just cannot attract the players be it loan or freebies,still no money to buy players.
my rep is still local so i suppose thats more or less the reason players see me as a joke and not worth coming to,even though the past 2years ive had good FA cup runs(4th round each year.)
Anyone got a few tips on maybe get my rep up or anything i might have missed?
Even if i do finish this season still in DV2 i cannot see the year after being any better if i cannot atleast get a few decent DV2 players in..
On a note i can only scout uk@ireland,france..My finaces are around minus £20k per year(without a good cup run.) wages are around 9k per week.Most a key player can get is £650per week..

I feel your pain Oilbaron - I think this is exactly the problem I am going to face with Maidenhead next term.....all I can suggest is play away friendlies in New Zealand and Australia (Hong Kong during the off-season) using your your reserve and u18 sides to get cash. With a good cup run (I got to the 6th round when I was BSS, and the 4th when BSP), you should be able to lever the board to scout more places, and upgrade your facilities, which will in turn raise your profile.

I don't know what your team looks like, but I picked up a couple of great players free for my second year who look like they should cut the mustard in League Two, Harry Bunn (ex Man City striker), Helan (French u19 fullback, winger) and Flanagan (ex Liverpool fullback), I'd definately back them to play League Two, although Helan does now want $2,100 per week for a new contract.....I did also get some fantastic re-gens, which always helps.
