-100 days on a restricted transfer window

I just started a new career game in FM 2024. Loaded all default leagues, started Sunday-league unemployed with no badges, applied everywhere. The start date was 10th July 2023, so that's Europe off-season. I had some offers and decided to role-play and go for the highest offered salary, which was by Persekat in Indonesian second league. They're semi-pro, but they offered me 61,5k pa, go figure lol. I'm excited about the challenge.

BUT

When I click at the scouting tab, under Transfer Window it says Restricted and -100 days left. Is this just a visual bug or a showstopper? Does it fix itself after some time maybe?

Right now all but one of my players have full time contracts, making them tied to the club for the forthcoming season.

My fear:

Since it's a semi-pro team, it will only let me offer non-contract deals when I try to renew contracts or bring in new players. Then this restricted transfer window will be on all the time (since those -100 days will never pass!). And then from next year onwards other clubs will be able to poach my non-contract players all year round, without me having any say on the matter at all.

Has anyone experienced the situation? I don't want to sink time into this save if it's going to be broken. If it's a known bug, I can always restart now and exclude the indonesian league or go for another offer, or even perhaps look at fixing the broken transfer dates from the editor if I can and then restarting.

Hi buddy only thing I think might be similar is the Brazilian league the restricted transfer window I fink means it's restricted to signing players from Europe only players from your domestic league check out the rules section for indianisian league it may tell U

Thanks. My issue wasn't the restricted transfer window, but those -100 days. The rules section didn't correspond to what happened in the game for real. Anyway on my first season I was able to gain promotion to the first league, and then the problem fixed itself. Now I have real transfer windows with clear opening and closing dates that agree with what the in game rules say. I am deep in debt, my income is a joke, my season ticket holders are a grand total of 88 people :), attendance is around 400 spectators at best and my players are among the weakest in the league and then they revolt for not playing enough. It's going to be a struggle to stay up, but all these are normal FM challenges that I knew I'd face when I chose to play this save :).
