Every time I apply for a national job i get rejected and told "the decision to reject your application was taken upon consideration of the fact that you aren't thought to be the best person for this particular job". I am currently managing in Scotland in 2031 with multiple cup, league titles and 2 European trophies (conference and Europa), the Scotland job comes up and i can't get it and it goes to some random German manager. It makes no sense. Anyone getting the same, any ideas how i can fix it?
