Saved tactics disappearing - FM26 Console

I had about 20 saved tactics on FM26 console edition. For some reason a few days ago they just disappeared and now every time I save a tactic, it vanishes the next time I load the game up. It does say I still have these tactics saved because when I remake them, it says I’ve already got a tactic with that name, even though it doesn’t appear. Please help me get these back. Thanks
