Youth player Huachipato U18

Hello everyone,
I would like to report a 16 years old player from the Chilean first division club Huachipato (U18) who I believe should be included in the database.
Could someone please advise me on who I should contact and how the correct procedure works to submit player data for inclusion? I am able to provide full details such as personal information, club registration, and any additional data required.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

If it helps i have a platform where users can send some new players for FM, requires login, transfermarkt page (preferable) and a photo is a must for the player to be done.

I tried to submit a player request through the website, but I noticed that the player Luca Ruiz does not have a page on Transfermarkt yet.
How can a new Transfermarkt profile be created for him?
I also noticed that Huachipato U18 exists in the database, but there are no fixtures, results, or squad updates available. Only a few players are listed.
Could someone please advise me on the correct procedure or let me know who I should contact to have this player added and the team information updated?
