new computer

haven't played footy manager for a couple of years cos me computer was old and sh*t and couldn't cope with more than a couple of leagues. the computer i'm thinking of getting has an AMD Phenom II X6 1045T Six Core processor , 8gb of ram and an ATi Radeon HD 5770 1Gb graphics card, i'm no computer whiz but would this be ok to run a game with multiple leagues?! cheers!

8gb ram is overkill though 4gb is more than enough for the average user.
you will be able to run most games quite good.

fm doesen't need a very performant computer(except for the ram memory) simply because most of the game action is just writing. the only part of the game that may require a more powerfull system is the match engine but even this feature is not so advanced as is in other games. so just like red said, 4gb is enough for fm and the configuration will allow you to run all the games that will be released in the next 4-5 years. i have an intel e8400(3ghz, 2 cores) 9600gt video card 1gb and 8gb of ram, i bouth the system about 4 years ago and i never had any problems with any games and i don't think i'll ever have for at least another 3-4 years from now on. of course i had to lower the game settings some bit after these years but i'm still sattisfied with my PC, so don't worry...it's a very good investment for at least 5 years
