First of all, putting loads of letters meaninglessly puts people off reading it. And secondly, try closing steam, and maybe restart your computer.

Are you actually loading the database? You need to press the button in the top left, and select "Load Database" from the menu.

It doesn't install automatically, you need to do it via Steam.

Have you definitely loaded the database before trying to click teams? If not, you need to click the button in the top-left, and select Load Database.
