It is available for me as we speak. What does it say for you? Have you pre-downloaded it already and just waiting to play?

It should open around midnight local time.
Looking at your post it says Brazil so maybe another couple of hours to wait.

at least I got the editor working and set my Kensington FC at South Conference

now installing the graphic files...hope after finishing it, steam will be nice to me

the game came out today. so should be in shops now
