A little explanation first.
Sugar Daddy refers to the club's chairman.

Foreground - Will keep pumping money into the club until he leaves.
Background - Will supply money for 1 or 2 promotions/3 or 4 years.
Underwriter - Will only supply money if the club is in danger of bankruptcy.

Let's get to the list of sugar daddy clubs on Football Manager 2012.

hi, maybe a stupid question but what is wit other clubs that are not on that list? Etc. Dinamo Zagreb, Leeds, Southampton... does that means that they dont have sugar daddy?

I don't think sugar daddies act different from normal owners. Only thing I think is different is the amount of money. That's it je pense.

Basically, sugar daddy means the chairman is rich and should be more generous towards transfer and wage budgets. That's it.

Im in my second season of vitesse, the sugar daddy only made one investmant of 7mil so far, theres 30mil in the bank and i make profit most months and they still only gave me 5mil to spend and expect me to win the league and get to knock out stages of champs league.. which is impossible with my current squad and 5mil isnt going to get me there. Expecting to get the sack before xmas lol.

Hmmmm, I Know how you can make your club a sugar daddy before the game starts.

Just edit the file: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\football manager 2012\data\db\1200\edt\

the file speaks for itself, how to apply it too.

If you look in real life they have not gone overboard in transfer funding, yes they may have a chairman with lots of money yet that does not automatically mean that he is a sugar daddy (someone like the current city chairman, or abramovich when he first came to chelsea).

he's pumped in nearly £70million out of his own pocket into the club interest free. by all accounts funded the moves for darren bent and gyan out of his own pocket. the sales went towards removing the clubs debt. by all accounts if martin o'neil spends in the next transfer window then it will also be out of Short's pockets.

should be an underwriter at the very least. also SI games still haven't updated the chairman status, its still SNQ as chairman and not Ellis.
