Got to say I loved the new try out feature where you get to choose which new youth players should get to join your club. It is great fun to watch your "youth team" play a training match against the "tryout youth team", and afterwards decide whom to give a contract. All in all FM 2012 just blows my mind, it is great. Not changing too much, but adding some small features which makes it close to perfect.
