Sold Players income not showing up in Transfer Budget???? Where is my money???

I am playing as Hoffenheim in Germany and at the beginning of the 2nd season I had a transfer budget of $9.37 millions. I sold some of my players which brought in $45.5 millions. Should be $54.87 millions together. I bought players for a total of $16.75. And now the remaining transfer budget only shows $13.71 millions. It should be $38.12 millions. Where did the remaining $24.41 millions go???? My % of transfer revenue made available is at 95%. And it also doesnt show the correct amount in the sold players income section of the finances tab??? I am confused! Can somebody please explain this to me.

you wont get your money up front if you have agreed to sell over installments

Could be this

Transfer revenue percentage was lower before you sold the players and it increased to 95% after money came into the club from the sales.

The teams that bought your players maybe paying in monthly installments and thats why the full transfer income isn't showing in the finances. Check the clause screen in the transfer center to see if anyone is paying in installments.

I knew that already, and it wasnt like that...just one of my transfers was for 22.5 mil up front...and its not showing up...

It was first at 80%, but I noticed even before this big transfer that all the money was not showing up properly, so I requested increase and the board moved it up to 95%...after that I sold Chinedu Obasi for 22.5 mil straight up, no installments to Rubin Kazan...and its not showing up.

Are you sure he's gone yet? I know the Russian transfer window doesn't open until the 1st of August.

its aug 3. But this is weird. I double checked again the clause screen and now its showing up as installments. I am 100% sure that I didnt sell him with installments, because I rejected 2 such similar offers but with installments from Zenit and Anji and accepted this one from Rubin Kazan because it was up front. I also sold Ibisevic to Anji for $5mil also up front, and that too is showing up with installments now in the clauses tab. I have been playing this game for 6 yrs, and I have never seen this happen...but thank you guys for the help
