I have had a problem with this for fm11 and same on fm12. I think i have good squad discipline, good loyalty to my players and i am always tactically consistent. i have only used one set of tactics since i had been at the club! But most of all i have never had any bad media situations. i don't understand what i have done to make that so low. Anyway i was wondering what the quickest most effective steps you could take to improve these stats by adjusting my management style.

Loyalty to Players: If you make a promise to a player, keep it.

Media Handling: Do you attend all of the press conferences? If not, then do that.

I think loyalty to players may also be affected by how often you offer your players out or place them on the transfer list.
