Why don't you start unemployed, take over the first team u can, and then don't expect to stay. try to move onto a bigger club when u get the chance. don't need to be a loyal manager.

I like that style =) I almost did the same now, ad enjoy the game more than ever =)

I picked randomly on FM11 and got Southampton. Got them into the Europa League in 4 seasons and fell in love with the club. They are now my "second team" in the real world and are my FM12 team of choice
