Who is a good starter team?

Hi guys, I'm really looking forward to buying the full version of FM12 but I was just wondering if there is a team I could use at first to familiarize myself with the new updates and such.
Would it be better to start off with a great team and have everything avaliable to me at once, or would I learn the game better if I started lower down the leagues and picked my knowledge up as I went along through my career?
Would be great to know your thoughts as it is something thats confusing me a bit

I allways start the game playing with Palermo... They have 5-6 REALLY good players. Well Won Serie A and Cup 1st season and Serie A og Euro League 2nd.

Napoli is better then Palermo at the moment.

I think a team like Bristol City because you can pick up the game easier and you can learn what to do in difficult situations.

PSV Eindhoven, has already a very good team, only need a few defenders

Try Hoffenheim in Germany, they have good young players with high potential and their financial situation is solid.
