Need a good box to box midfielder for the championship, all i scout seem to be ball winning midfielders, starting to do my head in now!! thanks 
I just tell my CM to be Box-to-Box anyway. Assistant/scout doesn't know what he's talking about most of the time. If you just mean a CM who can tackle/mark as well as pass/dribble and maybe finish when he gets forward:
I like Tim Sparv from Groningen, who trained with Southampton so he counts as homegrown.....Chris McCann from Burnley (assistant/scout will tell you he's a ball-winner, but ignore that).....and Victor Pálsson from Hibernian was great for me after I got him on a free in either 2012 or 2013, really don't remember which year.
