Great Free transfers for English league 1-Championship teams

Hello everyone, I'm wondering does anyone have any good ideas of free transfers? for these mid-english leagues? I'll be making a list apart from what free transfers people post, and the names of the people who posted the name of the person, (Thanks everyone for sharing their players 'UPDATE' sorry guys for not updating the list, i went away from FMscout for awhile.

Jamil Adam.. best striker i've ever seen on a free transfer.. he's 3 seasons in a row topscorer for me (shrewsbury) now in npower league 1 when i signed him he was worth 400k now: 1.8m... SIGN HIM you wont regret

Edit: Wow, Alot of stamina and technique, Nice find mate :), And he's also young so i can train him up a bit.

he played 19 games and scored 22 goals for me this season :o
and overall: 27 games 29 goals

I bought Adam for Gillingham (League 2) he isnt a bad little player might put him out on Loan for this season as he has good stats but i have about 4 other good strikers he has banged in 3 goals in 5 not bad tho!

Ahmed Soukona is the best striker that you can get with league1-champ team. He's is Free, lethal, young, scoring lot of goals, And with Premier league player stats.

fortune isn't that good he kicked ass in mt npower league 2 game bus he sucked in npower league 1

Have you had a look at Byfield? he is 33 but still a good L1 striker and casalinouvo the argentine is quality

Yeah, I can't find him either.
I'm gonna update the list, And remove all the ones i cannot find.
I only choose england out of the other countrys.
So keep that in mind guys

Sone Aluko is an amazing left mid for league 1!
Lukas Jutkiewicz, Will Keane and Jordan Slew up front for me atm, they are brilliant! And I'm Kettering Town so all League 1 teams should be able to sign them
Only problem with League 1 is that my wage budget is 21k per week, 5 times smaller than the leading sides, got no chance stayed but up last year by 2 points
