How to take off the rule that makes your squad have 25 players?

How can I take off that rule that makes your squad have only 25 players? Thanks

I think the only way is to recreate the league in the editor.

you can just try to work around it, i thought it was a stupid rule as well at first. but realised i never exceed the 25 man limit. because u21 players dont need to be registered. obviously tougher when u got an older team, but often u dont need more than 2 players per position. if you do then it should be younger players.

I don't have any issues with it, as RedArmy said I never go over over the 25 limit either, I'm usually selling and buying new players, and getting a player that can play in all three roles is a bonus, Center, Right and Left, making him the perfect support or sub.

It's not that constricting in my opinion as well, considering if you make it into Europe the rules are pretty much the same apart from the need to have 4 players trained at the club.

But I guess everyone is free to play the game as they please. Have a look around the editor, maybe recreating the league isn't necessary if you can find a way to change the league rules

u arent change the squad limit but u can create a new league and you change the everything of your new league

You could take off the rule by:

Downloading the advanced editor from SI.

Using resource achiever, extract file called compes from C/program files/steam/steamapps/common/football manager 2012/data and put them in documents/sports interactive/football manager 2012

Then open editor file which you want to take off the rule in wordpad (or something like that) and change the third line from files to adva. (explained with deatails in the link)

Then when you loaded date and file you wanted then you can do all sources of stuff with the league which you want including the 25 players rule.
