After tinkering with my newly installed FM 12, I've encountered this: Junior Coaching. It's a new feature and I don't know what it's all about. If you know anything about this, I hope you share your knowledge. LOL
"Junior coaching is how well your youth players are coached before they are generated into the game. It will therefore mostly affect their starting CA."
Ooohh. How interesting. Now I get it. If this is true, this will be a very good additional feature for a manager like me who prefers developing youth than buying superstars.
Where is this feature found?
in the "request to board" screen(or something like that. you can choose to cut the funding for that or increase the money available for it. unfortunetly i only have the "cut funds" line availabe...most likely i must upgrade my facilities
