Problem with Contracts for Players

I am managing semi professional club (Wasland Beveren in Belgium 2) and can't offer any other type of contract except part time (PT). Even if I want to offer extension to existing full time players, I can offer only PT.

The option for any other type of contract except PT is locked and there is no way to unlock it.

you can only offer full time contracts once your club becomes professional, whilst it remains semi pro your stuck offerin part time contracts, sorry man.

All my boxes are greyed out too, someone help
