Hello people,, i have never been one in any of the games to do my own training schedules and i have read that if i just use the default training schedules and allow my assistant to take them then my players stats and youth players stats wont improve as much as they can, so if anybody can help me will you post links to a good online training schedule that works and some youth schedules,,

first if all you need good to very good training facilities, after this you need at least 4 star coaching and only after these requirements are fulfilled you can start improving you're youth squad. i usually make a general training program with all the bars set to medium and after the player signed his first pro contract(thus starting his training with the senior squad) i place him in a training program made for his position
Just look in the downloads section on this website in Football Manager 2012 and you are bound to find one which suits your needs.. They normally work quite well.. I am using some old ones from 2011 as they work in 2012 as well.
