This is anoying yes... I suggest Guilermo Burdiso for CB and he scores a lot too
if you want a good cb for cheap try ondrej mazuch or issac vorsah
Problem is, the price is always higher than what the scout suggests!
Other good options are:
Kader Mangane (Rennes)
Hummels (maybe in 2nd season?)
Jones on a loan with a view to buy from Manchester United maybe as he is listed on mine
The scouts are pretty terrible at thier job really.
Thats why Genie Scout exists, before i used Geniescout i struggled too find any real decent bargains the scouts are suggesting players like Cavani and M'vila etc. all good players but well out of budget i dont know why it makes these pointless suggestions, surely the point of it is that they look for players based on your resources, what it ends up being is you constantly recalling and adjusting the scouts and never building a good list of players
