Play-off spot achieved beginning off march, not going to get to excited yet thou as still only 6 points clear even after going on a 24 game unbeaten run. still have 11 games to go nervous times

Fan Day

Nice gesture from the board trying to attract more fans but I personally would of liked to see children go free, shows how tight the board is here. Shhh I might get in trouble for saying that.

As you can see my team pulled themselves out off there bad run, i had to drop 3 or my main players and change formation to 4-4-2 and it seems to off done the job.

One thing that is for sure is I certainly do not have enough players in my team to be able to rotate, I have played the whole season with just 17 players so whether im to get promoted or not next season I need to bring in some decent back up players.

Well wish me luck as i enter MAY I sit top of the table by just 2 points now after my bad run, with just 1 more game to go

Well I lost my last game of the season and just closed my eyes and preyed that Berwick had lost or drew,as it was Berwick themselves lost 2-1 meaning i was crowned champion in my first season in charge

As you can see this went right to the final game with Berwick who gave me such a great competition this season, wish them all the luck in play-offs they deserve to join me in next tier

Season 2

Not much to update yet just scouting for some new players to improve my squad. Going to be looking for a back up CB, a LB and back up and a LM with a back up. Have just agreed terms with Josh Rees from Arsenal reserves, my only signing so far. Will post more info later if i can find any more decent bargains out there.

Well as it is i cant find any suitable players out there to fit into my team through transfers or loan so Josh looks likely to be my only signing till the winter transfers, My wage allowance has been increased by the board but yet again i have just 1k to try buy players with, but i have faith in my players to do a good job in this division and hopefully i attract a few more fans than my average 400 to raise some extra income

Pre-Season

So pre-season has begun with my 1st friendly against Partrick Thistle (Division 1) with me losing 3-2 not a bad result for my Assistant Manager (Decided to let him take friendlies)

So my First round cup matches have been drawn and i think i might stand a chance in progressing to next round in at least 1 of them this season, well i certainly need to i need some finance so badly.

Nortel (N.Ireland) 1-4 Annan

Well that didn't go well, i ended up losing 1-0 and this was the game i was hoping to progress to next round, guess less cups gives more time to recover for my players.

Dundee 2-1 Annan so that's both cups knocked out off again.

So Josh Rees is now injured and will be out for 7 months so there goes my only signing. Going to have to revert back to my old formation off 4-3-1-2 and use my current squad from div 3. Fingers crossed the lads are up to the challenge.

August 2012

Well here we go for another season, i will be playing the same formation that won me my previous title and have tied down all my players to a long time contract, cant let any go even if they wont make it in first team as squad still so small, my 1 and only signing this season will be watching from the stands for the season and hopefully will get a few games in the new year due to his long term injury.

Annan 3-0 Albion Rovers

Good start to the season Albion defended well in 1st half with there keeper on top form but the lads stepped it up in 2nd half and was always going to when they score not if.

Ayr 1-2 Annan

Great come back from the lads with us struggling to break there midfield in 1st half, gave them little prep talk told them to keep going and out comes our midfield to dominate 2nd half, another good win.

East Fife 3-1 Annan

Never really got going in this game, deserved the defeat.

September

Annan 1-0 Arbroath

Great reply to defeat from last game well done lads

Forfar 0-2 Annan

Had my keeper sent off after just 12 mins for handling outside of the box a bit harsh i think given a straight red when there was not an attacking player in site. will be appealing this one, Great win for 10 men.

Annan 3-2 Airdrie Utd

Lost both my strikers to injury in this game, but what an impression my super sub made today, lets see how he does as a main striker for the time being.

Dundee 2-1 Annan

Great game were unlucky to lose 92nd minute is harsh

Annan 1-1 Stenhousemuir

Close Game, a little annoyed as were the better team but still glad we are punching above our weight.

Dumbarton 0-2 Annan

Bookies had us as massive underdogs for this game and going by there current run i just wish my lads the best of luck and to enjoy. What a result for us very proud.

Albion Rovers 2-1 Annan

Very disappointed with this result, this was a game i should of won.

Total domination just finding it hard to find the back of the net, really need my strikers back

Annan 1-1 East Fife

Keeper sent off yet again half hour into game, its always going to be hard to get a result with 10 men.

Arbroath 1-3 Annan

A strong defensive display and a battling midfield won us this victory today, it's nice to see one of my back-up strikers finally finding his feet today, if i had a bigger squad they both would be out the day already.

Annan 0-3 Forfar

Must be to soft on my team yet again another red card this time only 1 minute was on the clock followed by 6 bookings, a fine is coming this time as this needs to stop!!

Airdrie United 3-3 Annan

Blinding game very much enjoyed this game, 2nd vs 3rd and nothing separated us.

Good Battle and unlucky not to off gone through to next round, Hoping we have more luck on home soil in replay.

Going into most games as the underdog and its showing on my players, still not big enough to be able to rotate. Just hope i can find some star freebies in January.

Great come back from my lads 2-0 down to pull it back right at the end.

Annan 4-3 Dumbarton

Raced into a 2-0 lead at half time quite comfortably but what a game in the 2nd half, great to watch, little disappointed at amount of goals im conceding but we will take the win.

Annan 4-1 Albion Rovers

Now that's so much better, i no they are currently bottom of the league but great to get revenge on them for our defeat not so long ago.

On a nice little run now sitting 2nd in league but a long way of top spot.

I don't no why i bother to praise my players, when ever i do i go on to lose the next game.

Doing great so far considering you have just been promosted and are using basically the same squad. I guess this season will be a staying in the division and hopefully you can attract some mor e players to the small squad.

I like how you have gone right to the grass roots and trying to build something with the club...so many people myself included jump in with the established teams with a good few million to spend yet you have what £1k budget for players?

Keep it up, it's a interesting mission you have got going.

Thank you has been fun so far, i was expecting mid table but sitting in 3rd at the moment, 1k budget is correct, same as season before, i was hoping for a little bit extra being i got the team promoted but hey that's all they can afford. just got to keep hunting for the star freebies
