Midfielder for Leeds United

I am Leeds and am in my first season in the prem. I aren't struggling but i seem to be lacking in centre midfield as howson and clayton don't cut it. I need a good player to fill in, price isn't an issue, just players never really want to join. I would really like some advice, I would probably prefer a younger player but any recommendations would be gladly received I have 20m budget and halfway through my second year

Try Vladimir Gadzhev from Levski Sofia. He is fairly good player and I think he will be good signing for Leeds. Also you can try Serginho Greene.
