So Im new at football manager, and i was wondering how to increase my players condition or what do i have to do. For example i put them in a "condition program" but the codition percent wont go up. Should i give them one day break or something like that?

thanks
i often give a days rest after the matches to the players who started the match. for me that works well. obviously having matched every 3 days is still tough and a bit of rotation is a must.
I think the conditioning program you're talking about is the training schedule? I never use it but I reckon it's for players returning from injury.

Like RedArmy said, rest your players for one day after a match, you can do it easily by right-clicking on the date bar on top of the FM screen, then ''rest all players''. I think you have to click the date you are currently in.

Other than resting and rotating, there really isn't a way i know of to improve your players condition. Maybe better physios and players with higher natural fitness would help.
I've been playing fm since it's inception and have put far too many hours into for my own good. I don't give players rests after games, have I missed a trick and should I have been doing so?
