unable to load user's layout

Genie12 doesn't "see" saved layouts.
I create a layout, save it. The new layout doesn't show as a choice when i look for it

Genie, I see you are checking in again, so I'll bump this one too. Seems to be a common issue, I certainly can't load my own layouts.
