No Names ect - FM GENIE 12 G

Cant find players, just can't figure out what the problem is either, since ive put the KEY in the right place as well.

Ahhh Dalglish i have a similar problem where i type a name in and a totally different name comes up! What OS you working on?

I have the same problems
I used the GS11 in the computer,it`s ok.Only one computer I used,I don`t know why

I may have opened the program once before I placed the key in the fm scout folder though, but that can't really be the problem?

Im using a Asus with Windows 7.
But you guys have at least names, there are NO names when i try to search.
Pretty frustrating
