Ive signed this player for my Liverpool team but it says he is unavailable why cant i play him? please help

u havent registered him in the squad?

He 18 at the start of the 1st season so I shouldn't have to register him. How do I find out if its a work permit problem?

If it's a work permit issue then it should have a bright red box beside his name saying "Wp". I know in the Italian league the rule of not needing to register players under 20/21 only applies if they have been at your club for at least two years. Found this out the hard way when I bought a bunch of young players to compliment the existing squad and ended up having to leave them out as I wasn't willing to leave out senior players to accommodate them.

It will not be a permit issue as he is French. I suggest that it is a registry issue.

you may have to wait until january in order to try and registar him again . it sucks considering what a bright talent he is

I signed him for Liverpool too, as a hot prospect, but after 2 months the little shit demanded first team football and I was forced to sell him to Real Madrid for £2m even though his value was £5.5m!

I had to wait 3 months b4 he was allowed to play got to January and got the sack from being Liverpool boss and I was 7th in the league at the time. lol

most definitely a registration problem mate, I picked up Sanogo for Swansea in my 1st season and he banged in 22 goals in all competitions! Sanogo is only around £2mil, and he can make an instant impact for lesser teams, ..... HIGHLY recommended!

I picked up Sanogo for Leicester (2500000 Euro) In first season he scored 34 goals, and 27 of them in the Championship. Barcelona made order for Sanogo 9000000, but I rejected it.

I think he broke his leg in real life so this was included in the update to stop him being played at start of the game.

My nephew bought him and bro in law and they had same problem, think he was allowed from about Xmas 2011 to play.
