it really depends on how much team changing you do and how commited as well as getting away from safe knowlage
like i said...i reached 2013 and i havent made a transfer or changed my tactics since 2009-2010 and i'm still not bored.

I get bored after playing in a same club for three or four years, once i reached 2018 and i changed six clubs Partizan,Valencia,Liverpool,Deportivo,Betis and West Ham, and I've been manager of Serbia...in FM07...
