GS 12 only works with default database?

Im using a created database where the best 320 teams in the world are joined in 16 leagues in England. Dont know the original name for it but i think it was World League something something.

The scout gives me the following error;

error loading entity number: 2423
file position: -1
database version: 1686
xml data seems to be corrupt

When i try with the default database it seems to work. Anybody got any ideas what to do?

Same here, i can load some of the older saves i got, but when i try one of the newer one i get an error just saying 1692.

Same here, I get the message:
"Unknown database version: 1692"

any hints?
