Although I agree he is a class act, in first season, as Manutd you already had Chicharito, Macheda, Welback, Rooney and Berba. SO I would say 27 million was uncalled for, you could have taken Hazard/hamsik/gotze and a cheap striker like Sanogo !!

Hi romiljain, when I saw your post I was like rofl. I wonder did you ever read my topic description before commenting. Hazard/hamsik/gotze/sanogo pure-class striker? better finisher? Cheaper? Here you goes... Eden hazard £47m, Marek Hamsik £27-28m, Mario Gotze £70m+. None of them fit my topic description but I'd agree they're great players in fm. BTW I never said they are strikers, read again !! I said you already had 6 quality strikers in Manutd so you should have invested in weak area which is midfield... hence Hamsik/Gotze/hazard ,.... and cjheap striker like Sanogo....
Anyways I am not denying that Cavani is class act, only fact is Manutd dosent need Strikers at the start and you bought one for 27 million ... lol

I was quite surprised that you'd regarded Macheda(decent) and Welback(above average) as quality strikers. Yes, Berba did produces some quality performance at times but he is 30yrs old in the first season. Why not sell him for higher price rather than lose him for nothing and get a promising, quality and cheapest pure-class striker for just 27m. As for cheap striker, I will definitely go for Mbaya Niang.
And i got young, nani, giggs, fletcher, Anderson, Hasmik and valencia for midfield in my 1st season. In the very first season, This the price-tags for Eden hazard £47m, Marek Hamsik £27-28m, Mario Gotze £70m+ and Cavani just costs 27m but he is the one that can score goals in almost every games, single-handled change game, his average rating is 8.0-9.0, he always in-form and he also top assist chart more than Eden hazard, Marek Hamsik or Mario Gotze. I just wondering, 27m is consider exp to you then how are you going to get hazard 47m or Gotze 70m+ which double or triple the price of Cavani? Hopefully I do not have to repeat myself again. Seriously read my comments before posting. LOL!
