GS12 "Stream Read Error" solution

just delete D3DX9_41.dll in (C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGA\Football Manager 2012) & copy paste again other D3DX9_41.dll in there, the GS12 will be normally again, coz it's working for me, try it I hope this will help. goodluck ~

Now i haven't got problem with stream, but there is another error(error loading entity number)
