FM Editors

I am using Vista and cant even find the Fm file so cant use the defualt editor

and the downloads availbale on here dont seem to be working either

any suggestions???

im on vista and fm modifier and miniscout both work u have to right click onthe shortcut of fm modifier and run as administrator and mini scout works great without running as administrator you just have to install framework
