Don't know if it's just me, but I have to get new backroom staff every season in the lower leagues as within the second season they want more money than my budget will allow. Know any good staff that don't require a 400 per week payrise per year?
yea i dont get this.
staff on like 2800 per week (at some random no-name team) want 15k to join me (arsenal).
makes player wage inflation almost reasonable.
