Genie Scout 12g - language database error

When loading the 12g v1.00 beta 2 version I get a message that says "The Language database must be loaded to have an ability searching by Division." yet as you can see in this image the language database is in the folder. I did uninstall and reinstall the program. As it stands the program is totally unusable. Can anyone offer some helpful advice? Could it be a problem with the key?

I resolved my own issue thanks to Stam helping someone else in this forum (Genie Scout G - Players wrong names and ratings?)
You have to make sure the program and key is downloaded from the same computer you requested the items as the key is tied to the computer ID. In my case it was requested from my laptop but I was trying to install on my desktop and led to plenty of frustration.
If you are looking to add the program on another computer, the simple fix is a requesting (re: donating) the g program on that computer.
Now all is resolved and I'm a happy FMer again.
