terminating loan contract of a player in his last year

there is no terminate loan contract under transfer and contract for a player hu is retiring or is in his last year of his contract and soon will become a free agent??

I think this is the case with most loan players now? I seem to find that whenever I loan a player, I cannot cancel his loan contract like before. I think you'll just have to stick with him I'm afraid.

I think you can still offer him a contract, you can't recall him loan though.
