Nicolas otamendi is another player I would like to recommend. A strong and reliable centre-back as usually and 13m is enough to lure him away from Porto in your first season.

there is a youngster whom i signed in my first season from plaermo for cheap named guiseppe prestia. he is going to be as good as nemanja vidic and is definitely worth a look

How is Giorgio Chiellini not on the list? I would definitely at least take him over Rio Ferdinand and Carvalho, and probably Thiago Silva and John Terry as well

chiellini is probably the best CB on the game. hes got everything a good CB needs . hes rocks solid
