when clicking continue for 8 friendly matches could not select match day team or team talk or subs, after clicking continue result just come's up and can see report. But have no influance on team selction or subs to make.
Yes, go to team policy and untick the option where it says that friendlies taken over by Assistant manager and confirm ... then you will be able to control team yourself.

Cheers guy's notice last night after 1st match went back to how it was, although 8 games later has just done it for the first time in the league, will check da settings for asst, just in case.
