Help with Genie Scout 12

My Genie Scout can open my save from FM, but when i search for players in all ages in continents it says this fail "Access violation at address 007FEC9D in module FMGenieScout.exe Read of address 00000054" does anyone know what to do?

By the way i am not sure the regen search work either ..i have 50 countries i can't play in besides of my normal playable leagues and it keeps finding the same players when i click "is regen" and search ...not any specific potential just the normal "0-200" it always keep finding the same players ...is it because i'm in the first season?

i think that eugene or someone related with GSg 12 should come here to solve our problems.. e send emails to eungene but with no answer
