Genie Scout g 12 doesen't work

hey,

my GSg 12 doesn't work.. when i load the saved game appear this message " access violation at address 009F502F in module 'FMGenieScout.exe'. Read of address 00000014"..
I've reported already this to eugene but unfortunately he don't care..

i'm very sad beacause i donate to eugene and the program doesn't work..but in free version it works..

can anyone solve it?
