With all the people on here (myself included) who are having problems with GS12 not loading, or IE pages opening at will or anything else not working / loading, it would be nice if we had a solution or at least an acknowledgement of the problem(s). I believe people have uploaded their saved games and screen shots to Eugene, but i don't hear of any response, I understand that Eugene has a family and a full time job, but PLEASE, give us an answer to our GS12 problems.
x2.. if eugene or someone don't have time for solving problems they should hire someone on can help us
I agree. I haven't had access to Genie for over a week now and I have e-mailed stam and made a topic, but still no reply :'(
i think if there were answers to all the problems people would tell them. unfortunately there isn't an answer for most of the problems atm. some are solvable and already mentioned on GS page and forums.

No ... some have possible solutions that have worked for that particular individual, i have tried them all and they didn't work for me, that's why i started this thread.
yeh i understand that it doesnt work for many. but im also sure genie is working on a update. thats all we can really wait for in the end though.

if you're right i'm sure that the update will try to solve that, but if it isn't true, i don't care but i want my money back..
