Staff Ball Control Rating.

The Coefficient for the Staff Ball Control Rating seems to a bit off or there might be a bug.
I keep getting a 4 star for this guy.

well its maybe because he has loads of different coaching abilities. he isnt specific to 1. so understandable.

I don't understand...
Acording to his attributes and the coaching formula
he should have a 4.5 star on ball control.

Ball Control:
Technical * 6 + Mental * 3 + ddm * 2
>= 270 = 5 stars
>= 240 = 4.5 stars
>= 210 = 4 stars
>= 180 = 3.5 stars
>= 150 = 3 stars
>= 120 = 2.5 stars
>= 90 = 2 stars
>= 60 = 1.5 stars
>= 30 = 1 star
>= 0 = 0.5 stars

Between Genie and in-game 'Alot' of the coaches has different ratings for coaching.

well i havent used genie and checked in the way u say.

but from my experience a coach who is good in several areas but not "excellent" in one might not have the highest amount of stars in just 1 category u expect him to.

also if i remember correctly there is some hidden attributes that might have some affect as well.

Umm... What I ment at the end of the above sentence was,

In the game Borrell has 4.5 stars on both Ball control and Shooting
but on Genie he has 4 stars on Ball control and 4.5 on Shooting.

I was just wondering if this was a bug or not.

ah ok, probably not a bug but genie might count up the stars another way.

I found out what was wrong....

On the Staff coaching 80% shoud be (9) not (8)
I think Eugine leftout the '=' sign
