Hi Guys, and Girls!

I bring to you today, the story of my journey with Bayern, a team I have always enjoyed watching, and one that i hope to be able to lead to FM glory for many years to come.

My intentions are simple, take the team back to winning ways in the Bundesliga, regain the glory of Champions League victory, and to build a dynasty that will go on long after I leave.

But back to the here and now. I intend to use 2 different formations this year, basically, an offensive and defensive setup. My main tactic will be an offensive 4-5-1 formation, with 2 wingers and 3 CM's. The other will be a 4-1-4-1 formation, that I intend to use against against the more difficult opposition I will come across on my journey.

I have a promising squad, with a few promising young players, and some seasoned pro's who will hopefully guide the less experienced to being a success in the first team. My only complaint would be that I don't have the squad depth i would like. Outside of the first team, I feel only 1 or 2 youngsters are worthy of playing here, but im not going to make any hasty decisions in getting rid of them, everyone deserves a chance, right?

Next Update: End Of Pre-Season.
Pre-Season:

As you can see, not the best of Pre Seasons, with some draws that really should have been wins. Nonetheless, squad fitness has been raised and I now eagerly await the first game of the season.

Transfer Update:

IN: Nika Kvekveskiri [D - RC] £1.7m , Muhammed Demirci [AM - C] £2.5m

OUT: Danny Schwarz, Rouven Sattelmaier, Boy Deul, Aduele Pryor - All players had their contracts terminated. Maximillian Riedmuller (SK Sturm Graz), Nikolas Jullich (Sandhausen) both leave on loan.

Im happy with the players I have purchased, with Kvekveskiri recommended to me by my scouts as a potential 3.5* player, who could come in and be my RB for a few years (after he has developed a little first). Demirci is probably the better signing though, the only downside is that i have to wait until January 1st 2013 for him to join. At least he will develop into a better player by the time he finally arrives.
