Job Opportunity's from outside loaded leagues

Say if I'm managing I team in the English premier league and only have this league as playable will I receive job opportunity's from abroad E.g. Spain. If now how would I get to manage I team outside the loaded leagues.

why would u only have 1 playable league. ?? i play with 34 different countries and 79 divisions

Isn't one of the new features of FM'12 the ability to load (and remove) leagues as an when you need them?
