they do, because now a days in football they dont get a 'chance'.
i mean some youth players might not look that good in the youth team or as youngsters.
but some youngsters just want to be given the chance to prove themselves. like in the good old days.
now they have scouts down in fucking antartica and whatnot. they always just want the 'perfect' player.
i mean if you were a youth player for a big team, wouldnt you just want to be given a few chances to prove yourself?
who the fuck wants to just play in the youth team for 3 years and then be fucked off without being given the chance?
yea good point be surly this problem could and will be sorted by manager like in other cases
for example Man city sven would watch the youth team then see him in training if he impress's he will train with the first team and if he is rubbish in the first team then he has had his chance
well at least he knows when he did wrong
