reserve & under 18

Can someone help me? I have put someone to control both my reserve and under 18 team but all the match I have to make the team selection and watch it. What can I do so that I the person can take care both my reserve and under 18.

In team policy I think you can click on take control of the team. But I am not 100% sure on this.
