Help with Installing Skins!

Ive downloaded a skin used WinRAR to extract the file and that. Now i need to find the skin folder in the Sports Interactive folder in My Documents but it is no where to be seen.
C:\Users\Ben\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012 is where i go for the skin folder right? ive only gone to find the Skin folder this route by what other people in forums have suggested.
When i open Sport Interactive Folder it comes up with;
-crash dumps
-db
-filters
-games
-matches
-sounds
-tactics

Does me buying Football Manager 2012 through Steam make any difference to finding the Skin folder, can't see why but can't seem to find a explanation.

lol no just create a new folder called "Skins". and put the skins there.
