A Whole New World (Help needed)

Hello People.

I'm gonna start my first project with teh FM Editor, and I don't like small things, so I'm gonna be big in one go.

Yesterday evening (11-01) I started a bit experimenting, and made my own team and player. This is point 0. I'd like to go to point 10000000000 in one go.

My Plan:

Grabbing San marino as a basic country (haven't find yet how to make a new country)
What I need to make:

1 Cupcompetition: Home and Away games. first round the last 16, second round all the teams, Ko-ing eachother.

1 "normal" Competition: In the competition I plan to work with 24 teams, home AND awaygames. Each team will have 50M € startcash, All Facilities will be 14, and no related clubs. With these 24 teams I'm planning to make 12 derby's.

But those 24 teams needs to have their own players and staff, and this is where the most time will be in. I need to make 576 players and 326 staff, all with (if even possible) Unique names.

Those players and staff will be evenly split per team, which you guys may make.

I need to have: 24 Players, positions showed below. 6 trainers (sorts shown Below), 4 Scouts, 2 Physio's and 1 assistant.

Each of this players must have Some skills, so I set up as system. For those 37 men/women you get 250 skillpoint. Each skillpoint values 15 actual skill, and 20 potential skill. each player need to get at least 1 point (which will make the player/staffmember a remarkable wreck) and get at most 10 points (which will make it a Javoier Pastore right Now, and a Ronaldo of the future)
