usually whenever i wanna find good player via genie, i search the best rating or the highest possible potential stat value. question, i play xerez and succeed to get promotion to BBVA league. but in that 2nd season, i feel my players lack of creativity, they mostly play breakthrough the enemies with force (not try to find a way through) and got tackled in the end so the chance for a goal got missed. the highest creativity stat value currently in my team is 14.
NB:i don't wanna use editor.
Next question, in genie i see one of my players (in his 17 years old) has 180 potential value and genie itself gives him 70%+ best rating. is the max stat value of him had been fixed by the game or can he get past his potential stat value (eg: dribble, or marking). if he can, then how can i make sure he developes his stat into the one i want?
